We turn foreigners into colleagues. We help Czech companies employ foreign workers legally, efficiently, and without unnecessary red tape. Our goal is to make HR managers and employers feel confident throughout the process and to make the employment of foreigners a normal and natural part of how companies operate.
Our journey began at a recruitment agency, where Lenka Strempeková and Alice Soukupová first crossed paths and discovered they connected not just personally, but professionally as well. During the COVID pandemic—a time when many of us were coming up with all sorts of crazy ideas—they decided to leverage their shared experience and launch their own project. Its mission is to help companies manage the employment of foreign nationals with confidence and peace of mind.
In 2024, Veronika Střechová joined the team to oversee the area of A1 certificates and social security for the posting of workers abroad.
We have been active in the field for over a decade, helping dozens of companies and thousands of employees from all over the world along the way. We share our expertise, train HR professionals, and ensure that all processes and documents are ready to withstand any inspection.
